Why is the share price at 9 cents?

Why is the share price at 9 cents?The only reason I can come up with is that, with the delay in anything coming from the AbbVie/1067 "deal", it is making it look like another Rodan and Fields scam. Now that they are pumping "GlycoProteMim", they hardly even mention AbbVie, or 1067 any more. Are they so stupid, or consider us so stupid, that it isn't a massive red flag that something isn't right with that "deal" that Howie said would transform the company? 

What a joke this company is, and always has been.

If they don't launch this Glyco line in 2025, maybe it is time to launch a class action against the company for their endless misleading claims? JMO
