I comfort myself with the high volume in Germany this week, for every seller there is a buyer, and maybe the shareprice can slowly start to gain again.
I think the timing of the private placement was a disaster. Now and then I dream of a shareholder intervention that incapacitate the management...
The company obviously need to find an alternative source of cash.

-> Abbvie product launch
-> anti-aging regional deal
-> anti-cellulite partner
-> lab delivers capacity to third party
-> other like change of CEO
I think one need to carry out an additional clinical trial with the final product before launch. So it would be hard to cut back on the scheduled launch.
Management fear Q&A because of the current performance, but if they are bold and clever Q&A could be the best way going forward. They really need all shareholders they can preserve and transparancy is key.
