Everyone has a product to improve beauty/skin etc It all boils down to hard objective results with clinical backing. The results, if impressed will drive the enterprise value as the compound is Novel, meaning there is nothing like it on the market. It is 100% Sirona invention. The management has decided that they would rather not have a high upfront in order to finance the study themselves. Only one company will see the results. So there will be no bidding war. The potential is huge, but Sirona and its shareholders will not benefit too much from it.
