AGM date has moved - ask why
I don't know about what others think here but typically they don't like to have a shareholder vote without some sort of momentum or good news in front of it or at the minimum a stable mood.
That doesn't always happen but this year has been a doozy and I dare speculate that if they were listening to shareholders here hurting and whining incessantly then they would want to push hard and throw us all a bone to complement the "rapid growth" ascertations...
There are 8 weeks roughly between now and then, at least one or two of those are typically unproductive prior to Noel.
Taking emotions out and just speaking to logic.
11-13 bid and ask today.

AGM pushed out until strategic review can be completed?

Meeting materials must be mailed out 3 weeks in advance of meeting so 5 weeks left to make some corp. changes.

How about 1-for-5 rollback?

Any roll back needs to be accompanied with a simultaneous announcement of a cap on outstanding shares. Otherwise, Howie will just dilute that into oblivion again...

How about a Board member placed who is actually nominated by the entire shareholders ,maybe relying on all the private shareholders ,large and small , in collaboration to vote for this Someone who is non affiliated ,who can weed out self interest and conflict of interest actions within the company.

a new ceo is what we need to bring the trust back to the shareholders. He is poison for the company. Would like to know what Graldine think about the poor work from the management.

Years ago Geraldine unsuccessfully tried to raise interest for her technology and then she met Howard... I'm sure she is just happy to be able to continue with what she love - scientific work in the lab. Don't believe she would challenge Howard.
