Private placement?!

I'm in Europe and therefore the AGM voting is not a top priority for me, but the private placement is on my radar. It was announced almost six seeks ago and not closed yet - which put a lid on price and volume.

Maybe they need to find an alternative. I don't like the warrants attached so from that perspective I would certainly welcome another solution. On the other hand a failure would not be very positive for the share price. 

I remember they talked about a grant previously. Think that was early autumn so it might not be on the table. Or why not an Abbvire launch!

As a thought experiment, I am speculating what share price and terms I need to participate in a PP, given everything I have seen over a decade+.  Certainly not at this share price, regardless of any warrants. Maybe a minor position at 4 or 5 cents.  Or maybe I wouldn't even consider adding to more dead money, at any price.  Recovering any investment from this company at these

Other than meaningless pumping news releases by the company, they have gone silent on the most pressing questions. Either they have something big in the works, or something really bad. Refusing to answer questions from their shareholders is a sign of really, really bad management. SBM's science has so much potential, wasted by inept leadership.

So true. Feel sad for geraldine. Would like to see the company with a professionell fulltime Management with experience.  Hope we will see a buyout soon before we loose all our money. What about another q&a. They told us that they will do that again.  No trust left
