Not sure the market is appreciating what was just announced. The fact that have a serum formulated and now will be sent to "stakeholders" should tell us something here.

I take "stakeholders" as potential licensing partners and equity participants. 

This makes it a heck of a lot more real for me, and it should for the rest of you.

This is an important development IMHO. 8 cents looking super cheap.
