Please define success. The company needs cash to get through Death of valley. Today they cannot close the private placement so it's failure in my book. Obviously Howard doesn't understand or care about the fact that they would succeed if he steps down as CEO. Alternative events to save the day could be AbbVie product launch or anti-aging contract with up-front or Sirona Laboratories ...more

Success means that they will find an investor shortly and I agree with you. A New ceo who is not from howards family and friends would change everything. The Story is great but the trust ist gone because of howard verrico. Nobody will believe him when he say we will see a product in q1. How can he said that without any investor?
