Temporary Market Drama IMO. The Proposal was well forcast during his Campaign. Capital gains porposed to go from 20% to 39.6% on "People" earning more than 1 Million Dollars a year. The chance of those "People" actually paying the tax is slim. For those not watching the actual trading you should. Most of the houses are in Buy mode.
