RE:Recent app reviews4.7 Rating in my opinion and I would think OVERALL is still a great rating, no?!
Of course when you have hundreds of thousands of users, going to get some people who are not happy, or come across or face issues... I appreciate you bringing this up nonetheless as it gave me an opportunity to click for myself and review.
I am happy to see that a representative from "TheScore" is immediately there to answer these compaints, explain reasoning, and notify the unsatisfied individual the company is working on a solution or at least allow them to feel like their concerns are being heard.
We will have to continue to look at total user base to ensure its on an upward trajectory and not in fact dropping due to customer unsatisfaction.
