 I will assume the roll up of 20-1 will go through, never heard of many proposals getting voted down by shareholders, These companies seem to get their way , even though the majority don't want it . They spew out BS , to get it through. If they would leave the share structure as is, and get sales , which is why they are in business in the first place , they wont need a roll up.
