If Phil was smart he would have supported the company after he left (or was removed). He would have reaped large rewards due to his large stock position in the company. He didn't have a license to the tech, CTW did. Nobody wins the way things played out. I don't think OADS will be able to raise millions of dollars a second time after it failed the first time (via CTW). It's over now for BlueScout.
