As far as I'm concerned I have always liked Santacruz and now there is more to like. Bolivia is the only country in South America that I feel safe investing in.I stay away from Guatamala, Peru, Chile, and now I am wary of Columbia. Mostly due to socialist governments and resource nationalism.That last sell off in Santacruz was a buyers dream, when opportunities like that come along it's always good to buy into the fright, that is if the company has the right assets. When this market turns around The Producers will POP first,followed by The Developers, and then The Explorers. CHEERS!
