This is the news I've been waiting for! This is huge and significantly material to allowing SCZ to achieve its vision of becoming a mid-tier silver producer. This, combined with $20+ silver prices, makes this a SCREAMING BUY, IMO. Good luck!

it does... this is definitely huge news... makes it a million ounce silver producer and at these prices should at least be 100 million mkt cap... they do need to come up with about 25 million in cash to buy this per the agreement so that would be my only concern but again even then it is undervalued by atleast 25-50 million taking into account that they raise this money..  lets see... we

Wondering why the halt is so long. News has been released. Maybe subsequent financing news?

Why?  This is not a done deal until the other miner walks away - If they pay then they keep it.

I agree completely, however many things can go wrong between a signed Letter of Intent and a closed deal.  Even so, I feel like we are headed above $1/share in the next 12 months.

Perhaps Tarn has it right - maybe there is more news pending, e.g. "And here is where we are going to get the $23.4 MM in cash."

I hope they wont give any further information on how they will finance it! I want to buy some more as cheap as possible, when the halt is over :-)
