For the needed financing, I'd like to see them....
.... come to us, the existing Shareholders, with a Shareholder Rights Offering. That way, we get to be the Company's bankers, not PP vultures who are only in it for the Warrants. But, time may be of the essence, so they'll probably go the PP route. There will be no dearth of attractive offers, it may be a non-Brokered Private Placement or even a Bought Deal.
