3 months??????

No update on financing in 3 month's.President buying stock.Which tells me no new's coming.How can you legally be allowed to buy stock in the middle of a financing.?Deal is probaly off.

Shareholders in SCZ are used to things taking time. It was the same with the Zimapan aquisition. It was announced in July 2020, supposed to be finalized by December 15th, then delayed, and finalized in February 2021. We should hear something soon, as the NR when the Glencore aquisistion was first announced said they expected it to close in q4 2021. Deal is probably not off, it just takes more ...more
