All the bids were pulled when it went to a buck on the first day and it settled all the way back to $0.40 before they bought it all the way to $1.10. They are doing the same thing again, trying to shake out what's left of the float - which can't be much, now - and then you'll see it move again. Smart time to buy is when its quiet, not running. HRA likes the targets and they ain't been wrong about much lately. No float, one good hole and this thing goes nuts.
