RE:RE:Well isn't this awesomeI don't know about a private placement - not sure anyone would be buying into a private placement on a company presently under a cease trade order. Its a pretty hard sell to say - "Here...invest in shares of this company that you can't trade" - so I can't see the private placement closing any time soon.
