Bought 32250 shares today

Bought 32250 shares todayBought in today. I was told this week shallow rigs are still well in excess, but also there is apparently amassive labor shortage. What are chances of this company buying up some of these cheap rigs and growing its fleet. Does this company have any M&A possibly with ESN another coiler which has a decent balance sheet. New to this board wouldn't mind to starting some discussion.
