RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Drilling Permit?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Drilling Permit? Thanks for clarifying.   I do agree that it's time for an update from the company.

I noticed the following just now in the most record Aug 28 MD&A.  I had been distracted recently and hadn't been following these too closely.

The Company is completing its drilling permit application and
expects to be drilling in the second quarter of 2020.

Following the financing of $3,000,000 on July 31, 2020, the Company has sufficient
cash to complete additional drilling in 2021 and expects to be able to produce an
updated 43-101 Technical Report on the property and Preliminary Economic
Assessment.

And also

The Company is currently seeking drilling permits to complete a drill program on the property, at depth.

I did see this good news as well:

A 2008 labour dispute involving the Company's Mexican subsidiary has resulted in a judgment against the Company with a with a maximum exposure of U.S. $660,000. The Company has accrued costs related to the Santo Domingo projects of $19,485 [2019 - $19,485]. The Company settled the suit with a payment of US $15,000 on May 1, 2020
