Guys, correct me if I'm wrong, one of the main requirements for a company to list on the NYSE exchange is for the share price to be above $1?

Don't they would look at moving to the NYSE, but they should be thinking about moving up to the TSX main board. Would also like them to think about a London dual listing.

Hi Thor, trust me from somebody who knows LSE and AIM very well, as they would have to list on, the last thing we would want is any listing in UK in present climate. LSE is shot to pieces mate, so many firms either delisting or considering to do so. Nearly impossible for any firm, regardless of attributes, to gain traction and move forward. Every market is the same right now. No deal flow, no financings, no new listings. This is the real deal though, and we need to cross list somewhere to avoid the low liquidity night,are that is the TSX and the circus that can bring with it. Given regional proximity of the play and access to European capital, thought London would be a good spot. Germany is garbage.
