This merger makes total sense. It would also make sense to add Clearford to this. Clearford has no treatment systems or consulting traction but has a cool sewage piping system. Kind of a powerhouse business out of Ottawa if they do something like this. So THIS is why it takes six months? This would be totally awesome IMO. What else could they be up to?
