Well, I believe the Pinetree sale was orchestrated and pre-determined...once they decided they wanted out, someone (I believe Cannacord) said OK, we'll do the bulk of it @ .33 plus warrants @ 0.055...Pinetree still made some decent change.

This is the only way they would have sold that many w/o dropping the price to 15 cents...

Now Cannacord and it's clients already have a built in profit and the retail network to support the run up.

Again, this is just all spec on my part, but have this a few times before.

News would be great though.
