RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BROS

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BROSBackabock, thanks for the comments!

I reread an an article from last March regarding the significant market opportunity that exists with the adaptation of the type C connect into the smart phone.

I believe the recent number of smart phones sales in 2016 is projected upper hundreds of millions with an estimate that 12% of these units coming equipped with the new type C connectivity.

If these numbers are close to Reality, (and not Virtual Reality, sorry :) )then there could be up to a hundred million units that will ship with the new type C connector in 2016. If Spectra is the supplier for chip sets in 10% of these units, that would represent over $ 10 million chip sets or perhaps $10 million in additional revenue for 2016 with an ASP of $1 per unit!!!

It will also provide a additional sales opportunity for their standard length cable connects and their 17' versions where applications are needed for this length.

It seems all eyes are on the roll out of the VR HMD's, but maybe there could be another major catalyst for the company that could be a sleeper...

Again, I am just a retail investor trying to retain and share as much useful information as possible from our little community !!!

GLTA and looking forward to the end of March when the first Rifts will ship, followed by an immediate teardown from the technology specialists and thus confirming to the world  the continued use of Chip sets supplied by Spectra 7!!!
