RE:Wireless add-on to Oculus Rift
That's great. Now tell me who's going to pay extra to wear a battery on their head with a 60ghz technology that can barely keep up with today's VR requirements, especially since 4k VR is right around the corner with no wireless tech in existence that will be able to keep up with the bandwidth demands of that resolution.
Not to mention that at that frequency, even a tiny fly buzzing around the room would disrupt the signal (slight exaggeration, but you get the point)
