It would seem that the former VP of Operations
Charito Alcantara has been replaced due to the flub in the supply chain.  Antony Yukshing from Marvell Semi is taking over the role, of course, so it would seem that there may have been a little bit more to it than simple supply issues.

Is is possible that the former VP of Operations and Channel Management, as she was titled, had maybe dropped the ball and let the orders slip?

Charito's profile reads: "20 Years Consumer Retail Sales Experience Monster Cable, Frys Electronics, CompUSA"

Basically it sounds like she used to work in retail and somehow landed a position at Spectra7 and became their de facto VP of Operations.

Either way, the past is the past, and I wish Charito well, but if she was the reason for Spectra7's miss, then then I'm glad we have who appears to be a well-respected and experienced replacement in Antony Yukshing.
