RE:WarrantsThat is correct, for every $1,000, Spectra7 will issue 2850 shares at $.35, for a total of 15 million, so, 15,000 x 2,850= 42,750,000 shares. If the warrants are converted to shares at a price of $.50, then we would see an additional 21,000,000 shares getting added on, but the stock price would have to be greater then the $.50,,, so the grand total of 61,000,000 shares would be close. Not overly happy with having over 222 million possible shares, but I do like that its a bought deal, and will close fairly quickly,,, just right before we get some numbers on Q4 early in the new year, should see some momentum picking up if Q4 numbers are going to be good, which I think they will be.
2018 cant come fast enough, Spectra7 needs to start making some dough!!!
