How Many MR Headsets did DELL manufacture
Out of the five currently-selling MR headsets, DELL's is the only one still sold out. Acer was sold out for a couple weeks and is now back in stock. The other 3, including Samsung, have been mostly available throught the past month.

The reason I ask about DELL being out of stock is this, and it is an important one to determine Q4 MR sales:

If DELL sold out going into Christmas, How Many did they originally make? If they only made 20,000 or so, then that would be easy to see why they ran out. But Would They make Only 20,000 and risk being out of a potentially good holiday sales makret?

I would think they would make quite a bit More than 20,000. More like 200,000 (or even more). So now the question becomes, if they DID make 200,000 or more, and they sold out of all of them, then the Other Four (Acer, HP, Lenovo, Samsung) probably made more as well.

So, IF DELL made more than 200,000, and they Sold Out, and IF the other Four also sold around the same number of units, Then my recent downard revision for Q4 is WRONG.

I hope Dell DID make closer to 200,000 units and sold out, and I hope I AM WRONG about my downward revision!
