This is really amusing...
When the annoncements were made that Spectra7 is partnering with Foxconn, Luxshare, and Amphenol and the stock shot up 30%, people here were saying things like "this Company just went from a speculative stock to a Real Business"
Then the stock dropped by 50% and now people are speculating whether it's even a legitimate Comany!
The ONLY thing that changed was the Stock Price.
I once sat in on a Cypress Semiconductor conference call, and as the CEO was talking, someone asked him why his Company's stock was being sold short. The CEO replied by asking what "short selling" was. HE DIDN'T KNOW!
The point is, contrary to what some folks here have said, sometimes the very people running the Commpanies don't even know why the stock is acting the way it is. In the case of Cypress Semi, the CEO did not even know what short selling was. They are tehre to run Tech Companies, not speculate on short-term stock fluctuations.
