Sounds to me like you're saying they are not "selling" their potential technology ans presenting a strategy to INVESTORS.

That is the only way I can take that, as it is written. If that is what you meant, then I must say, I would NOT want to be invested in a company that spends its time trying to pump up their own stock rather than focusing on their busines.
