I'm really not sure why you keep saying there is no OTC market. Maybe it's broker-dependent, but my broker clearly shows a Bid & Ask for SPVNF every trading day. You can buy and sell pretty much however many shares you like.

I've even seen where the TSX Market mirrors a U.S.-based transaction. For example: at the exact time that a U.S. purchase of, say, 34,000 shares of SPVNF takes place, the TSX market will record a transaction of 34,000 shares from one Market Maker to another. I'm not sure why this needs to take place, but I suppose the Canadian market is actually making a U.S. market by proxy.

Now, if you mean there is little U.S.-based interest in actually purchasing the stock, I would agree, but that's because hardly anyone knows about the company...yet.
