Trying to understand why no one has any ideas or additional details regarding the   effort between Spectra and this Asian mfg regarding their joint venture to produce an area or facility dedicated to producing Spectra ACC Cables on a MASSproduction level of up to 3.3 million units per year???

This is just one of the many companies Spectra has announced some sort of partnership with on a production level.

If anyone has been able to dig up any details of this agreement please share. For me short of announcing a significant order for their cables, this has to be the most telling of all for the future of this company!!!!
