They have many NDA's The industry itself is rife with non-disclsoure agreements, but the CEO himself has stated as much. A small example would be the 6 major data center cable manufacturers; three have been announced (Foxconn, Luxshare, Amphenol), and the other 3 are still under NDA.
NVIDIA currently hold an NDA over Spectra7 for the new VirtualLink USB Type-C standard that will soon ship on all NVIDIA Video Cards. All Spectra7 is allowed to say is that their chips already support the standard, but they cannot say that They are the ones in the agreement (there is onlu One company in the world, currently, that can make the chipset for that standard, and it is Spectra7).
There are ten major data center operators who are supplied by the 6 that Spectra7 has partnered with (the likes of Amazon Web Services, Facebook, Microsoft, IBM, Alibaba, Google, Etc). None are yet ready to disclose their use of Spectra7 cables, but that will change, starting this year, and on into many years to come.
