OK, I'm not sure whether anyone actually listened to the I'm not sure whether anyone actually listened to the presentation, but I just did, and hardly ANY of what was said has been mentioned here yet.
These are the things the CEO said (paraphrased and interpreted by me)
- They have 36 design "wins" in the data center market. He did not say desing "ins" he said Wins. And he said they are with Major data center operators, with one major one Currently deploying in China wit the rest in various stages of production right behind that one.
- The Gaming Console company that has Fully Adopted Spectra7 for their console is Sony. He said he could not say the name beacsue they are under NDA, but he said it's the big major one you see that is Currently selling lots of VR headsets for their Console. The only console selling lots of VR headsets is Sony.
- He said that as data centers move to 800G, it will virtually eliminate Passive Copper as a medium, leaving Spectra7 with a market size even bigger than the 90% cables in the data center that they can currently target.
To sum up what I heard, Spectra7 is Currently in a great quarter, they have 36 Major design wins with worldwide data center suppliers and operators, and 2019 is going to start off very strong and grow even stronger from there. They WILL likely need another round of financing, but it is going to be to fund a Huge Production Push in Data Center deployments.
