It's very interesting that Sean Peasgood would say he's trying to get Spectra7 to ease up on the policy to honor non-disclosure agreements.

NDA's are standard practice in the tech industry. Apple, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, IBM, etc..they all honor all of their many, many NDA's, which they've signed with their partners/customers/suppliers.

I sure hope Sean does not succeed in getting Spectra7 to stop honoring their NDA's, as that would surely land them in a heap of legal battles with the companies whose secrets they've unlawfully divulged!
