TimingFACTS:
1. Spectra7 cables have always been a 400g Data Center Product
2. Construction of 400g were deferred and still in the first inning.
3. The cables are the last product you need before turning on the power to the new 400g DC.
4. Revenue is at least one or two quarter behind order dates.
5. China is now coming back on so Spectra& should see order flow starting now.
6. US is still on hold and likely will be through Q2.
NON FACT:
Perhpas Spectra7 actually got a loan from the FEDS. That would be better than any ABL.
