RE:RE:Why are insiders buying That scenario played out for me with a company called NYX Gaming, where they were taken private for x amount of dollars!
Legally, if this is the plan they must have a fair market valuation of the Company completed to determine the price to pay shareholders.
If there is just an asset sale, then everyone is completely hosed!
It depends on when and what sales related events are in play at the time they were to take the Company private!
Anybodys guess here as far as at what price.
My guess if they are able to complete some meaningful sales between now and end of year, maybe .05-.08 cents...
strictly a guess, and probably shouldn't have guessed
