Big News with qualifier "moving into" by a distributor?

Big News with qualifier "moving into" by a distributor? As I said in a previous post.  The two operative words for Spectra 7 are "announced" and "expected".  I guess I'll add another two words "moving into".   When do we hear words such as "sold", or "delivered" or "closed" (as in the simplest and easiest form of funding for any company- an ABL deal.)  The principals supposedly are keeping the company afloat by major dillutive stock deals, which appear to be, manufactured transactional discounts to PPS.  Add up how much they have funded and subtract off their outrageous salaries taking most of it back  and you will find they basically lent money to themselves.  Now they also hold the stock as a kicker, or do they?  Have they cashed in? The so called insider funding, I believed as a bullish sign of support by insider(s), may have lined pockets again.  I don't know.  If it smells bad I do not want to eat it.
