That was all part of the BLOC / SEV scam cooked up by Canaccord in early 2018 during the whole Bitcoin / Blockchain / DataCentre 1.0 hype.  Canaccord was doing that financing thing for SEV which was announced announced in Dec 2017 and closed in Jan 2018.  They were also doing some kind of raise for BLOC.  They basically raised extra cash for BLOC and then had BLOC invest about 2 million into the SEV Financing.  Since BLOC was into Cyrpto Mining one would figure that they would buy the cabling need from SEV.  Not long afterwards Bitcoin cratered taking BLOC and their spin off FORK down with it.  I don't think SEV ever got an order from BLOC.  

This whole thing stunk of the Dot Com B.S. that Yorkton Securities pulled during that time period.
