Definitely. Orders and delivery are what matters. Design wins don't necessarily mean millions of dollars. We could have 2 high volume wins and the rest could be low volume.

I believe you mentioned in a previous post that "dont need NDA's for such a small number." That is very much incorrect. I have signed multiple NDAs without buying a single chip and lots that are considered design wins and only purchase 100 per year. The NDA is usually just to get access to the product or datasheet of the component. Don't believe me? Check Broadcom's website and try to find datasheets (not just product briefs) for their top of the line components. At one time I had to pay just to get access to a datasheet, plus sign an NDA. I still didn't use the component either.

Still don't believe me? Try to find a datasheet for one of Spectra7's chips. Call the company and ask for one and see if they require an NDA to get it. The answer is probably going to be yes, you  need to sign.
