After These

News releases this has become a serious BUY OUT candidate. Hopefully .40 to .50 cents
Comment by Spectra7 on Oct 16, 2020 5:48pm
20points...you have been around since 2016. Just an observation. If any of our " billion $ partners " saw value in Spectra7 patents, does it make sense that the ABL was not closed along time ago. When the company hit rock bottom @ .005 would you not have bought this amazing tech out??? Come on, common sence must prevail. Forget the .40-.50 buyout. Play the wave until this plays out to ...more

Well from what I gather, they introduced the tech only a year ago, and it has been in trial periods for that time. If the recent news article is valid, the billion dollar companies have a working plan with the tech integrated. I personally don't think the tech is valuable enough for them to consider buyout, I'm ok with a revenue stream due to ongoing projects with the data centers which ...more

Spectra... I have been around since 2016, but not a holder now.  While I consider this news positive for SEV, I have seen this show before with Raouf and crew with VR, Data Centres Vesion One ( late 2017 - 2018 ).  Persoanlly I think this is just another version of the June 2019 News Release with a lot of name dropping.  However this time the market conditions plus sector populatity ...more

I wonder when the optimal time to buy SEV would be?  When an attempted fund raise via issuance of new stock fails?  When their market lead erodes due to inadequate funding?  When they declare bankruptcy?  Now, if none of the above is likely or happening? I have wondered why the ODCC members would allow the white paper quote that resulted in this flurry of trading activity this ...more

Ok have it your way. Stay on the sidelines
Comment by ypl6r1 on Oct 17, 2020 6:09am
Agreed. After all nobody cares about someone's investing strategy. All those "voices of reason" that activated recently just an indication of people started regretting their previous selling or continuing being on sidelines.
Comment by Spectra7 on Oct 17, 2020 10:06am
Y-man...most of these " voices of reason" have been followers/ active shareholders well before you and the Jackman joined the show. One thing you both are correct on...nobody really cares about others losses or gains. Tick, tick, tick. Cheers S7

This does not change anything. They are still either: a) sold; b) still waiting. Their posts are just to give themselves a reason why they sold or still waiting. I first invested at $0.16. At this point I don't care what you say about me being here not long enough as I also was (and mostly still) in red.

lots of negative nannys on this board - any other reasons why - other then buying high - and holding longer then anticipated and/or waiting for some action ???? Just asking - dont beat me up to much for asking - thanks
Comment by Spectra7 on Oct 17, 2020 2:48pm
Interesting that you would view most posters as " negative nannies". Virtually every post that doesn't support a positive view of Spectra7, if you had some history and did some basic DD, you might have a different perspective. All the positive spin over the past 5+ years has not done anything but separate naive/ inexperienced investors from their hard earned $$$ Your $$$, hope you ...more

If this stock price holds next week I think we have seen the last of the death watch...  just saying.
Comment by Sandcastle on Oct 17, 2020 7:12pm
I have been here for nearly 4 years. Purchased at around .35. Today I am well up on my investment. It may not last and that's a risk I am willing to take. It's been no doubt a very frustrating ride to the bottom but you could say that about the VR industry as a whole while hyperscale data centers are finally at a point where usage is really forcing them to seek ways to become more ...more

Sandcastle, nice to hear a positive story, well played. Obviously you were willing to make a major gamble and average down, not an investment strategy that is generally accepted as " risk adverse " Regardless, it's working for you. Spectra7 story is not finished, yet!! Jmho. Tick, tick, tick. Cheers S7
Comment by Sandcastle on Oct 18, 2020 10:41am
I don't normally average down, but I did with S7. The drop of their sp was fully warranted as their sales track record is no secret. Their lack of sales, however, was never as a result of their product offerings; the issue was market timing. Despite this I could see the real possibility that it was only... a matter of time and one well within my investment horizon. I couldn't predict how ...more

nice negative nanny anwser Spectra7 - you too look like you've held for the last 5 years and this stock sits @ $0.05 cents - Ouch !!!  My dd says there's something wrong on the ranch - lots of debt - low sales - and high administration costs -  I wait and see for now how this plays out - I need more then a couple of companies use our product........... and a small pump and dump ...more

Wise move Wotb. I would sit on the sidelines aswell if I were you. Until you understand the tech the market and the customer base and lets not gforget the mamagememt team. You have alot to study before you buy in and the stock could be alot higher by the time you do but at least by then you will be confident you made a wise move.

We all have our own opinions. As I stated many times, I really could care less if you or anyone else make or loose $$$. Tick, tick, tick. Cheers S7

I think this week was more of an opportunity to help the holder of the convertible debentures convert to shares and unload.  S7 was routinely late on interest payments; and even most recently the June 30th financials indicated they were late with their last payment.  S7 webiste also says there are no convertible notes now outstanding. Spectra7 would have known about the white paper way ...more

nice overview jimmer10. nice to see some longtime holders of Spectra7 gain a grain of return, even if it's just reducing loss!!!. Tick, tick, tick. Cheers S7
