wasn't SEV trading at .015 before the 3 news releases, so trading ask .06 now, check my math but I think there are 4 of those .015's in a .06, right?

so 4x = "no movement"

what he meant was that after the first news release that pushed it to .075 , there hasn't been any movement after 2 releases
