EquityZen

So I was doing my nightly research and stumbled upon a crowdfunding organization called EquityZen. Low and behold a lot of household names have used this Avenue to raise funds for their products. Did a little digging and it seems our direct competitor Credo is on there as well. Did some more digging and it seems they are in the same boat as us.  Needing cash because the orders haven't come in yet. This made me think two things.

1. Their company, similar to S7, have yet to gain any traction in the market. They have raised funds tho so leads me to believe ACC will eventually break through.

2. Why the heck hasn't S7 looked into EquityZen to raise some much needed cash?

Thoughts? Comments? Concerns?

Credo raised $100m in financing this past June.  Maybe EquityZen works?
