Anyone know where I can find their articles of incorporation?? I can get my son (corporate lawyer) to have look at the voting percentage to privatize. Normally its a 2/3 vote. I would hope that we non insiders would all vote against it. Unless of course its a ridiculous offer we cannot refuse which I am all for at this point. Long a$$ wait for this slippery goose thats for sure.........

joetaco...imo...non- insiders will be paid for their shares, unfortunately for the largest % that still hold this paper, after the r/s and time losses, it's a dead man's hand. joetaco, No need wasting your time looking for the papers...one thing this corporate group is very experienced and they would NEVER put themselves in a position taking this private ( again), as that's how this all started...if they did NOT have the control #'s. Retail as always are left with crumbs, they are ONLY useful for operational $$$ to keep this afloat...( sell the dream). MrS7.

Spectra, really this is the last money raise they need Then the Big Boom, Off to the Moon for the sales & stock price. Last money they need, I am sure of it. Really no more dilution because the amount of orders just waiting, the number of design wins, customer commitments, business is going to take off in a couple quarters, just after this non-recession and $billions in chip supply coming on

Sorry, I was being sarcastic As a realist I will predict they do another cash raise at the end of the year because the chip shortage did not, will not end quickly, delays will continue so they will need to front money to get their chips sooner because they are a small player. I know the media wants everyone to believe that the chip industry is all of a sudden going to start shipping all their back

agreed ...Halim continues to pad his pockets. They actually have a highly experienced CFO on the board...Pasek...that's why I believe there is an " alternate business plan" moving forward. Needless to say, RP has been the most active insider...ever!!!and understands how to move. MrS7.

Well They would need a lot more than they have now to privatize anyway if they are sitting at 25% but I actually think they are a bit less than that no??
