Poor Company or stock manipulation

What's the concenses folks. Stock dropped significantly before the upsizing PP at 1.00 . After upsizing it dropped again and settled around .70. now today we hoover at .50. 

So again, poor management and reduced revenue coming or is it manipulation and MM are stealing your shares?

I believe that we are witnessing a lot of the deal stock being sold as the investors have their warrants and can just move on from the common. Waiting for NA orders. Waiting for China to open up again. Waiting game... My checks tell me everything is just fine there. We shall see if that's truly the case.
