AMENDMENT TO TERMS OF $3,000,000 FINANCING
Further to Seaway Energy Services Inc.'s news release of Oct. 17, 2017, the terms of the financing have been amended.
The company will now issue 15 million units at a price of 20 cents per unit to raise gross proceeds of $3-million. Each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional share of the company at a price of 40 cents for a period of two years from closing.
