Retracement

RetracementLittle lesson for some new ones on here that get in at the top of a 200-500% run. Whenever these(no matter how great we think they are) run up and do a bit of a retrace then run back up and fail at the previous high, you got at least a 50% retracement and even maybe a 61.8 % before it gets over. Then there is real panic when the 61.8 retracement breaks. The 50% here is about .50. The 61.8% is .43.
Because of the healthy volume(8 million shares between .335 and .395 and 11 million between .63 and .77) I am inclined to think the selling is not over. I will however add some at the 50% and if possible the 61.8% or below to the keepers I have paid for. All the past pennies that did keep running always had retracements along the way. Some 50 and some 61.8 and even more. CAN is a good example over the last 2 years. It did not get there in 2 months, 2 weeks or 2 days. I am always cautious when I hear someone say "hold onto all your shares". What they are really saying is "hold onto your shares so the price stays up and I can unload some more of mine."  All the best in this one. It will do well IMO.
Equal or lower highs and lower lows cannot be argued with. Too many with shares out there right now for the big boys to get control. When they do they will go sideways and then break out again. Until that happens I will relax. ATV(great stock) is a good example of one that would never "fall back".  But it is and could even close in the 4.00 range today despite Gold into a new high and Silver past the big 30 mark. CUI on the other hand did a move up, retraced the 50%, moved back up and broke the previous high without a halt or n/r on the results completed on 14 holes drilled. IMO that one will be at the 1.00 before SFF gets proven up, however, a few thousand paid for SFF shares is also a must for me.
