Why the PP

I think the purpose of the PP is to get immediate buy-in by the new management and directors at a significant level without seriously affecting the SP. If they were to try to get 10.0 M shares in the market the price would spike and then fall back....folks would get excited and then frustrated...

From what I read, the 10 million shares is for a PP and there is also 6 million shares going to the new management.If you are right though, and management is buying 10 million shares, then I think they SHOULD buy them at whatever the market price is, we all had to and look what has happened!!I'm so sick of this company, I just hope this new team can get some NEW drill results out that make the

 Don't complain the market loved it and the share price is higher. When the news about the drilling happens then the share price will fall. Dam I love the stock market!! Maybe the market liked the new CEO'S  pecs!
