this company obviously don't understand the way the market works...or refuse to really understand how to do proper due diligence. Many people on these boards have even suggested what the newbies should be looking for...yet those suggestions fall on deaf ears.

Perhaps you might want to take the advice of insiders then....(selling on the pump)

So why isnt that selling on canadianinsider?

Because the Venture is usually first out with this info and Canadian Insider could take weeks in some cases to have these trades show up.

Following seafields insider trades over a long Time on canadianinsider, there was Never weeks, almost every Trade was listed next day  So why ?

< a quarter million @ 16 cents. Hardly seems worthwhile running a P&D for that amount of $'s. Maybe as far as regulators are concerned the board members who dropped out are still 'insiders'. Having said that I still think this is a dangerous stock intergity-wise.

Many trades are listed the next day - but not always. The Venture is the FIRST to report such trades because of their system. The following quote explains how they do it:   "This information is based on a trade marker provided by brokers at the time a company insider either buys or sells a security. A summary total of these markers for each security is updated for this search each

I also made my experiance, esp. Gwy.v simular situationin those days, best to ASK the IR  i will ASK them

Here is a link to a stock I own and the Canadinsider trades for it. Take special notice of the Transaction dates and Reporting dattes given. It took OVER A YEAR to report these trades on Canadian Insider.https://www.canadianinsider.com/node/7?menu_tickersearch=bev I'm not bashing here as I only had this on my radar and couldn't help notice that drill hole. But there is something not right
