Solstice Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company with district-scale gold and lithium projects. Its 35 square kilometers (km2) Strathy Gold Project hosts high grade gold mineralization over a wide area straddling two NE-SW-trending structures. It is located in the Abitibi Subprovince of the Superior Craton. Its Qaiqtuq Gold Project covers 662 km2, hosts a 10 km2 high grade gold boulder field, is fully permitted and hosts multiple drill-ready targets. Qaiqtuq is located in Nunavut, only 26 km from Rankin Inlet and approximately 7 km from the Meliadine Gold Mine owned by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. The Company's district-scale Atikokan Gold Project is approximately 26 km from the Hammond Reef Gold Project owned by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Its 194 km2 Red Lake Extension (RLX) and New Frontier projects are located at the northwestern extension of the prolific Red Lake Camp in Ontario and approximately 45 km from the Red Lake Mine Complex owned by Evolution Mining.

facts and more factdespite anyone that thinks to the contrary sunridge trades exactly where it should at this point. why is that? the goldman sachs commodity index suchs, juniors suck, copper sucks, gold sucks, silver sucks, investor sentiment sucks,the hui sucks, the xau sucks,AND this is why we are afforded the opportunity to buy this soon to be bought out or producer at such low levels

basher/trolls several posters here but for all the mistruths these posters have written and embraced the facts remain. i have shot down every lie they come up with.

peter grandich has not sold a share of his 6 million position
peter grandich was offered higher than the current market but turned the offer down flat
peter grandich went public with the ineptness of posters here
peter grandich said "the gang that couldn't shoot straight". as i read more of his followers bashing im convinced he meant them.peter could not take the brain dead emails/posts of followers so quit the business.when reading the likes of those residing here you can see why,who bashes their own money into the ground

Michael Hopley - President, Director and CEO

Michael is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunridge Gold. He is a key member of the management team and has over 30 years of international experience as a geologist and exploration manager for resource companies in the precious metals and base metal sector
with companies such as Gold Fields Mining, Bema Gold Corp. and Tournigan Energy. He was part of the team that discovered the large Refugio and Cerro Casale gold and gold/copper deposits in Chile. Greg Davis - Vice-President of Business Development

 a successful junior uranium exploration company. Prior to that, Greg was a Project Manager and Senior Geological Technician for Nevsun Resources.

Scott worked with AMEC as Director of Studies and Manager of Consulting, Geology and Mining. He has previous experience with Nevsun in Eritrea

Craig A. Angus - Chairman

Craig was the founder of Nevsun Resources and its President and CEO for over 15 years and one of the founders of Sunridge Gold.

He is widely connected throughout the mining industry.

David Daoud - Exploration Manager

David is the Exploration Manager for Sunridge Gold. He joined the team in June 2005 after working on Nevsun's Bisha VMS discovery in Eritrea

Christopher Attwood - Operations Manager

Dan is the Chief Financial Officer for Sunridge Gold and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
He is also Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly listed exploration companies trading on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges.
 Dan was previously a senior manager at a leading Canadian accounting firm where he specialized in the audit of public companies in the
 mining and resource sector.

Doris Meyer - Director and Corporate Secretary

Doris is a Member of the Association of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia and Canada.
 She was Vice President, Finance of Queenstake Resources Ltd. from 1985 to 2003 and Corporate Secretary until 2004 where she led
 negotiations of joint venture and purchase agreements, equity financings, debt financings and capital purchases.


In 1996 Mrs. Meyer formed Golden Oak Corporate Services Ltd. retaining her same officer positions at Queenstake until 2004.
 Mrs. Meyer acts as an Officer and/or Director of several publicly traded mining companies and her company provides those clients with administrative,
 accounting and compliance services.

Dr. Neil O'Brien - Director

Dr. O'Brien is a Senior Vice-President of Exploration and Business Development for Lundin Mining. He has extensive expertise in early to
 advanced stage exploration for zinc, copper and gold which will contribute significantly to the further development of Sunridge's Asmara Project
 in Eritrea.


Steve Gatley - Director

Mr. Gatley is a mining engineer with over 25 years experience in the base metals field. He has considerable experience in the management of
mine operations and mine development projects, and international experience in Europe, Africa and South America.
 In his current role with Lundin Mining, Mr. Gatley provides corporate level technical support and project evaluation services.
 Mr. Gatley is a director of Lundin Mining UK Ltd. and Union Resources Ltd.

Mark Corra - Director

Mark Corra has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience in the mining industry. He spent 17 years as the Vice President of Finance
 helping build Bema Gold Corporation and is now the Senior VP Finance and CFO of B2 Gold Corp. He is a Certified Management Accountant.

Eric Edwards - Director

Since 1996, Mr. Edwards has served as Chief Executive or Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly traded gold companies.
