As for nfg having 3 m ozs thats far from proven also.

QH was the one who tipped off Eric Sportt (KL) about Fosterville's potential, so he was right on the money there (no pun intended).
QH was also bullish on NFG early on, and its Fosterville-like geology makes it a very promising company,
However, QH was also very bullish on NVO, so much so that he was its Chairman and President up until he stepped down in August 2021 and held a large amount of shares personally. NVO has been a trainwreck to date.
QH was also bullish on LAB given its Kingsway claims package is located just north of NFG's Queensway claims and he believed that the hits would keep on coming. However, to date at least, LAB's assay results have been underwhelming to say the least even though one would expect they have been drilling at their most promising sites (e.g., Big Vein, Golden Glove).
You are correct. NFG has zero ounces "proved up". You need to conduct mineral resource estimates for that - see pages 228 and 229 of NFG's Queensway Project Exploration update dated June 22, 2022. I don't forsee NFG producing one anytime soon, just more exploratory drilling and assaying.
